REGISTRATION IS FREE OF CHARGE!

Congress registration is free of charge. (No registration fee)

For participants who do not stay at the hotel, the hotel charges a daily entrance fee of 1,500.-TL (50€) as a facility usage fee, and this fee includes the following services:

• Open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Coffee break with cookies will be served twice a day during the congress dates
• Wireless internet (in certain regions)
• VAT
• Badge
• Congress Bag
• Certificate of participation

ACCOMMODATION FEE

ALL INCLUSIVE AFTER 15 JULY 2024

The price is inclusive of;

• Open buffet breakfast & lunch & dinner
• Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during the lunch & dinner
• Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the bar (10:00 – 24:00)
• Coffee breaks with cookies per day at the congress center
• Minibar (soft drinks and beer)
• WiFi (limited area)
• Midnight Snack
• VAT

Accommodation fee; The hotel provides service with an ALL INCLUSIVE concept and 10% VAT and accommodation tax are included in the prices. Only one child aged (0-12) is free.
