LANGUAGE
Turkish is the official language of the congress. Simultaneous translation English – Turkish –  English will be provided for all scientific sessions.

TRANSPORTATION
Dalaman is the nearest international airport which is 95 km away from Marmaris. There are paid shuttle services from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris city center and from Marmaris to Hotel you can easily find private/shared taxi and minibus.

VISA
All participants are required a valid passport to enter Turkey. Citizens of some countries may obtain visa before arrival and some may obtain it at the airport upon arrival. The most updated visa information can be received from the web-site of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If you need an invitation letter for visa procedure, please contact with Congress Secretariat.

It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a Visa with no commitment from the organizers to provide any financial support.

EXHIBITION & SPONSORSHIP
The Congress offers an opportunity for sponsorship and participation in a commercial exhibition. All requests for bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. In order to reserve your sponsorship/exhibition booth please contact congress secretariat.

CERTIFICATE of ATTENDEE
Certificate of Attendee will be issued for each participant. Attendees must pick up the certificate personal. There is no exception.

CLIMATE
The climate of Marmaris is classic Mediterranean Climate. Average temperature for November is between 13°C / 55°F to 22°C / 72°F.

The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
